Description

Savour the tiny joys in life (Hinengaro)

The act of savouring doesn’t mean eliminating negative or unpleasant emotions, nor is it suggesting that you uproot your life in the endless pursuit of hedonistic pleasure.

It’s simply planting the idea that maybe we can intentionally enjoy – really enjoy – the good stuff that we already have.

Objectives

Course objectives:

  1. Be introduced to savouring as a concept
  2. Learn about key savouring research
  3. Understand how to put savouring into action
  4. Complete a final knowledge check
