Welcome to Together: Te Oranga o te Katoa eLearning - Full programme Our new eLearning has been developed from Umbrella's Together: Te Oranga o te Katoa book and translated into bite-sized engaging online learning. With access to 40 modules learners can “pick and mix” their own learning pathway, or choose a tailored learning option based on their current wellbeing goals. The content includes video guidance from our psychology and research team, alongside engaging short lessons developed to provide new wellbeing skills and knowledge. We have used Te Whare Tapa Whā as our guiding model, as well as drawing on the most up to date wellbeing science/psychological research, with a particular emphasis on collective wellbeing (rather than treating wellbeing as an individual journey!) Managing Mental Health: Psychological First Aid at Work Welcome! The programme you are about to begin aims to increase both your skill and confidence for managing employees when they are coping with any stress, low mental health, or mental illness. Learning goals across the programme: Describe the difference between mental health, stress and mental illness Recognise the role of a manager when it comes to managing mental health, stress and mental illness in the workplace Demonstrate competence at identifying how stress and mental illness may present in your employees Demonstrate the key skills required to support your team members experiencing stress and mental illness; including holding conversations, acting on concerns, following up, and looking after yourself in the process This programme contains 10 courses and takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete.
