Description

Use gratitude for good (Hinengaro)

Gratitude has an intentional focus on the things that are going right in our lives, rather than the things that are going wrong. When we choose to practise gratitude, we are choosing to temporarily dial down the corners of our mind that are struggling.

We hope this information on gratitude helps you navigate the line between healthy and toxic gratitude, helping you to practise more of the former, and less of the latter.

Objectives

Course objectives:

  1. Be introduced to gratitude (when it works and when it doesn't)
  2. Learn about key gratitude research
  3. Understand how to put gratitude into action
  4. Complete a final knowledge check
