The power of what we already possess for making life feel better and enhancing our hauora, wairua is the heart of a strengths-based approach to life, to work and to family, and it guides a lot of the decisions we make as psychologists.

Too often, we are not aware of our own strengths, let alone those of others. 

Objectives

Course objectives:

  1. Be introduced to personal and character strengths and how they show up day-to-day
  2. Learn about key strengths research
  3. Understand how to put our strengths into action to support wellbeing
  4. Complete a final knowledge check
