Since many of our wellbeing behaviours span different taha, they are all interconnected, so the best physical health strategies are likely to also link to our wairua, whānau or hinengaro.
Here, we will highlight how a focus on experiencing more positive emotions (nourishing our hauora hinengaro) is also a powerful way to support our physical recovery from strain or stress.
