In this course we will welcome you to our Managing Mental Health eLearning.
We call it the "Psychological First Aid at Work" programme because we are focusing this training on spotting signs of concern in your team, and what to do about them.
We'll also cover the guiding principles that will help you when engaging with a person needing support.

Learning goals across the programme:
- Describe the difference between mental health, stress, and mental illness
- Recognise the role of a manager when it comes to managing mental health, stress and mental illness in the workplace
- Demonstrate competence at identifying how stress and mental illness may present in your employees
- Demonstrate the key skills required to support your team members experiencing stress and mental illness; including holding conversations, acting on concerns, following up, and looking after yourself in the process
