The framework
In this course we will introduce the SNAPS framework for support and illustrate how it fits with within a broader wellbeing strategy.
The SNAPS framework will form the basis of the remaining courses, helping you to provide support to your team members.
Objectives
Learning goals across the course:
- Recognise the four levels of support for organisational mental health and wellbeing
- Identify the different levels of good leadership according to the mental health pyramid
- Explain where the SNAPS model fits into the pyramid, and what the different stages of SNAPS are
- Identify the things you are doing already that help your team's wellbeing

Thank you for the SNAPS introduction. This is more of a UX comment that the active gif on the lesson image gets a bit distracting while going through the lesson. It might be good to change it to a still image. Cheers!
